She is passionate about the integration of art into everyday life and the benefits this can have for all of society, their wellbeing and access to creativity.

"For me art is a search for a truth. It has a central task in connecting to human relations and its conditions. Our culture can disjoint and disconnect us from our lives, we feel individual and alone. We tend to forget we are a collective and share many of the same feelings and desires. My work is about a conversation I have with myself through observation. When I paint, draw, print or use photography, video and sound it is to show what I have found and to make a connection with the viewer."
